Over time you are almost certain to notice scuff marks on your laminate flooring thanks to the rubber feet on your dining room table and chairs, or the dark coloured soles of your children’s shoes. In the event of the occasional scuff there are a few quick and easy fixes which will allow you to remove those irritating marks and regain that glorious shine. However, before you set out to remove the scuffs, please check your flooring’s instructions – they should detail the best measures to employ when taking good care of your floor’s surface, to avoid discolouring or damage.
CHEAP SCUFF MARK REMOVAL OPTION: A PENCIL ERASER
Believe it or not, a simple solution for light and non-porous small scuffs is to simply rub it out with a pencil eraser!
CHEAP SCUFF MARK REMOVAL OPTION: TENNIS SHOES
The rubber on a pair of tennis shoes can be used as a scuff eraser. Simply press and twist the rubber onto the scuff and watch as the mark miraculously disappears.
- Baking soda scrub;
- ADHESIVE REMOVERS;

- Black marker;
- Rubbing alcohol.
- Use a solvent-based wax or solvent to remove scuff marks;
- Never underestimate what a soft CLOTH can do;
